	A Little Citizenship
	I sent a message to the White House thanking them for release of the torture memos, calling them what they are (illegal and evil), pointing out they did not occur in a vacuum, and requesting support for an investigation and holding someone accountable. You should too.

While it might be nice to have some accountability out of the previous administration personnel, it would be nicer still if it's just made impossible for it to happen again. At this point it would also mean Obama would have to go back on his word of not prosecuting the people involved. At this point I'll settle for keeping it from happening again.

What has been said is that there won't be prosecutions of CIA operatives following official guidelines. What I'm talking about is prosecuting the top-level officials who created and approved these guidelines in the first case.
